There are special roofing situations where there is a concrete deck that will be used for a traffic deck. There are new products and systems available to us today that will seal the concrete, and put layers of thin but high strength polyester sheets with elastomeric interplay and top coatings that are very attractive, and will allow for foot traffic. It is important that we are in as early as possible to help with the design of equipment and water flow options.
